We manage all of these ket areas by through our integrated Quality Management System to ensure all aspects of the turnkey cycle are controlled in an orderly manner. This ensures COST-QUALITY-DELIVERY. Every job within our QMS system is point scored on completion and this goes into a KPI monitoring system where we can include lessons learn from previous jobs to ensure we look to the continiugly share cost savings with our customers.
